The Pro 110 mm × 300 mm Condensate Soakaway Container is a purpose-designed receptacle used in heating and HVAC installations to manage and disperse boiler condensate safely into the ground when a direct drain connection isn’t practical.

Function & Purpose

Condensing boilers and some air-conditioning systems produce condensate — slightly acidic water — as part of normal operation. Where there’s no convenient gravity drain, gully, or waste outlet nearby, the soakaway container provides a safe point to discharge the condensate into the ground. The unit collects and disperses the water into surrounding soil, reducing the risk of puddling or frost damage.

Compatibility

This soakaway container is designed for use with 110 mm condensate pipework and is compatible with domestic and light commercial condensing boilers, HVAC units, and similar appliances that produce condensate.
